Installing a Discharge Line
For our TripleSafe Sump Pump system to remove water from the home, it exits through a discharge line. The discharge line stems from the sump system to the exterior of the home. IceGuard, seen at the top of the photo, was installed to the discharge line to allow water to flow freely in freezing temperatures, thus eliminating fear of buildup and flooding occurring. The discharge line is then buried underground to preserve the lawn's aesthetic. For these homeowners, the discharge line was installed through a brick walkway.
Discharge Line Burial
The discharge line is then buried underground to preserve the lawn's aesthetic.
Another Discharge Line Installed
Another discharge line was installed for the second TripleSafe Sump Pump that was in the home. The same process was followed for this discharge line as well.
Exterior Discharge Line Buried Underground
The discharge line was designed to be buried without disrupting any nearby flowers or bushes.
Bubbler Pot Installation
A bubbler pot was installed to the end of the discharge line, preventing water prof pooling on the lawn's surface.
Bubbler Pot Finished Install
The bubbler pot was set in crushed stone, reinforcing proper drainage.
