Crawl Space Drainage System
Concrete was removed from the perimeter of the fieldstone foundation to make room for WaterGuard installation. WaterGuard is designed to intercept water before it reaches the crawl space and channel it to the sump pump. The system is embedded in crushed stone to facilitate proper drainage.

Once the system has been tested, the drainage system is then permanently cemented into position.
Surface Drainage
TrenchDrain is a surface drainage system used to redirect water around utilities and gather water at the entrance of a crawl space. It integrates with the WaterGuard system, ensuring a continuous flow of water towards the sump pump.
Connecting Drainage System to the Sump Pump
The WaterGuard drainage system seamlessly integrates with the sump pump basin, enabling efficient water collection from every direction in the crawl space before it is pumped out of the house.
UltraSump Sump Pump Completed Installation
The UltraSump sump pump system efficiently evacuates water from the home as it accumulates in its basin. Equipped with a battery-powered backup pump, it ensures continuous water removal from the crawl space, even in the event of power failures.
