Garage Entrance Drainage Chipping
The concrete adjacent to the garage door was removed to create space for the installation of the surface drainage system.
Garage Perimeter Chipped Out
The concrete along the garage's foundation walls was chipped away to create space for the perimeter drainage system.
TrenchDrain Installation
The TrenchDrain surface drainage system has been installed. It is engineered to capture water that heavy rains may funnel through the garage entrance.
WaterGuard Installation
The WaterGuard perimeter drainage system was installed to intercept water from the surrounding moist soil before it reaches the interior of the garage, directing it instead to the sump pump. In the photograph, observe how the WaterGuard integrates flawlessly with the PowerBrace wall repair system.
Constructing a Basin for the Sump Pump System
At the garage's lowest point, a basin was installed to enable the water to flow downhill into it. This basin, together with the entire drainage system, was embedded in crushed stone to enhance proper drainage.
Drainage System Connected to Sump Pump
The WaterGuard perimeter drainage system ties into the TripleSafe sump pump, distributing water into the basin.
Surface Drainage Finished Install
Once the system has been tested, TrenchDrain is then cemented into position.
WaterGuard and PowerBrace Finished Install
Like TrenchDrain, WaterGuard is also securely cemented in place. The PowerBrace wall system prevents inward bowing, buckling, or tilting of the garage foundation wall and may even straighten it over time. Together, these systems integrate flawlessly, offering both waterproofing and structural stabilization.
TripleSafe Sump Pump Finished Install
The TripleSafe sump pump provides three layers of protection, ensuring continuous removal of unwanted water from the home. The trio of pumps activate based on the volume of water entering the basin. Additionally, the battery-powered backup pump guarantees water evacuation from the home even during power outages.
Frozen Discharge Line Prevention
Water is expelled from the home via a discharge line. IceGuard, when installed on the home's exterior, ensures water continues to flow freely even in freezing temperatures.
Bubbler Pot
The discharge line runs to a secure location where water is directed away from the house. A bubbler pot is connected to the discharge line's end, which stops water from accumulating on the lawn. After installation, the discharge line is buried to maintain the lawn's appearance.
SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier
The installation of the SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier is designed to remove moisture from the basement, preventing mold growth and ensuring healthier air quality, which contributes to a more comfortable living environment in the home.
FlexiSpan Wall Crack Repair
The FlexiSpan crack repair method is a three-step process starting with the application of a flexible sealant across the entire length of the crack. Following this, a strip of porous, flexible foam is placed over the crack. The final step involves adhering an impermeable membrane to the wall on either side of the foam strip. This robust treatment ensures that any subsequent water seepage through the crack is channeled discreetly down the wall and into the basement's perimeter drainage system.
FlexiSpan 2nd Crack Repair
Another crack has been successfully repaired using FlexiSpan. Even with the challenging installation caused by nearby objects, our proficient production team managed to finish the job.
FlexiSpan 3rd Crack Repair
This photograph displays the third wall crack that was repaired utilizing FlexiSpan.
Final Wall Crack Repaired Using FlexiSpan
The photo captures the sealing and waterproofing of the final crack using the FlexiSpan system.
