Installing Perimeter Drainage
WaterGuard was installed around the basement's perimeter to intercept water before it reaches the finished area. To facilitate this system's installation along the foundation, the drywall needed to be removed.
Sump Pump Installation
The UltraSump Sump Pump expels water from the home when the WaterGuard system delivers water to its basin. Its battery-powered backup pump guarantees the removal of water from the basement, even in the event of a power outage, consistently keeping the space dry.
Discharge Line with Ice Guard
A discharge line is connected from the sump pump to the home's exterior, serving as the conduit for water evacuation from the basement. IceGuard is attached to the discharge line to avert clogs during freezing conditions, thereby enhancing the basement's protection against flooding.
Buried Discharge Line with Bubbler Pot
A bubbler pot is attached to the end of the discharge line to avoid water accumulation on the lawn's surface. Once installed, the discharge line is buried.
