Basement Wall Covering and Perimeter Drainage
Our installation team fitted WaterGuard around the foundation's perimeter to intercept water before it can enter the basement. The collected water is then channeled to the sump pump. Additionally, BrightWall was installed to give the walls a polished appearance and to block mold growth and humidity from penetrating the basement area.
Removing Water From the Basement
The TripleSafe Sump Pump system expels water from the basement using its trio of pumps. As water from the WaterGuard flows into the sump pump basin, the pumps are triggered based on the basin's water level. Among these pumps is a battery-operated backup pump, which guarantees that the basement stays dry even during a power failure.
Frozen Discharge Line Prevention
IceGuard was attached to the discharge line to prevent water backup during freezing conditions. It ensures water flows freely, eliminating the risk of the sump pump failing to expel water and thus, safeguarding the basement against flooding.
Discharge Line Burial
The discharge line has been buried to maintain the lawn's visual appeal. Additionally, a LawnScape outlet has been attached to the end of the discharge line to avoid water accumulation on the surface of the lawn.
