Basement Drainage Preparation
The installation team removed concrete around the basement's perimeter to make room for the WaterGuard system to be put in place.
Basement Drainage System Installation
The WaterGuard basement drainage system is designed to be installed around the foundation's perimeter, intercepting water before it can enter the basement. Once tested to confirm proper flow, the system is subsequently cemented into position.
Basement Surface Drainage Preperation
In locations where WaterGuard cannot be installed, TrenchDrain, which is a surface drainage variant of WaterGuard, is utilized. Our installation team carefully and efficiently removed the concrete surrounding the water heater to create space for the surface drainage installation.
Basement Surface Drainage Installed
Like the perimeter drainage system, TrenchDrain is tested after installation and is then securely cemented into place. It connects to the WaterGuard system, forming a unified flow of water that is directed to the sump pump.
High-Volume Sump Pump
The TripleSafe Sump Pump offers three levels of protection with its trio of pumps. It consists of two high-capacity pumps that activate based on the water volume in its basin, along with a battery-powered backup pump, ensuring it can manage high water tables and severe storms effortlessly.
