Bowing Wall with Water Intrusion
During our home inspection, we observed the foundation wall bowing and water seeping through the cold joint.
Perimeter Concrete Chipping
Our installation team removed concrete around the basement's perimeter to make room for the WaterGuard installation.
Basement Concrete Chipping Debris Removal
After jackhammering the basement's perimeter, the debris is collected into buckets and carried out of the basement. Our team ensures to take the appropriate measures to maintain a clean workspace during the entire process.
Foundation Wall Stabilization and WaterGuard Installation
PowerBraces were mounted along the bowing foundation wall to provide support and stabilization. Additionally, the WaterGuard system was put in place to intercept water before it could enter the basement, channeling it to the sump pump. Both systems were subsequently cemented to ensure a durable solution.
Basement Surface Drainage
Our TrenchDrain system was installed at the basement entrance to prevent water from pooling on the floor during heavy rainfall. It is connected to the WaterGuard system, ensuring a unified flow of water towards the sump basin.
Preventing Frozen Discharge Lines in the Winter
IceGuard was fitted onto the discharge line to enable water to flow unimpeded, even in the freezing winter temperatures. This installation guarantees that the system won't back up, preventing any potential flooding in the basement.
Discharge Line Bubbler Pot
The discharge line was concealed underground to maintain the lawn's visual appeal. At the end of the discharge line, a bubbler pot was installed to deter water from accumulating on the surface of the lawn.
