Radon Extraction Point
A hole was drilled into the basement floor to serve as an extraction point for radon gas. PVC piping was then installed into this hole and extended outside the home.
Radon Fan
A radon fan was attached to the pipe extending outside the home. After installation, more PVC piping was connected to the fan, ascending alongside the house above the roofline. This system extracts radon gas from the soil under the home's foundation and expels it safely away from the living area.
