Radon Extraction Point
Our team established an extraction point in the foundation floor, creating room to fit PVC pipe. This extraction point is made airtight with NexusPro, an advanced sealant built for durability. The pipes were then laid out across the basement's interior, linking to another extraction point.
Additional Radon Extraction Point
Given the size of the basement, an additional extraction point was installed. The process from the first extraction point is replicated at the second, with the pipes joining together before extending to the outside of the house.
Radon Fan
After the pipe extends to the outside of the house, a radon fan can be attached. This fan draws radon gas from the ground under the foundation and expels it above the roofline, ensuring it's safely dispersed away from the residence.
Radon Manometer
A manometer is attached to the radon mitigation system to verify its proper function. When the indicator rests within the green zone, it reassures homeowners that the system is working efficiently, safeguarding them from the dangers of radon gas.
