Basement Drainage System
WaterGuard has been installed around the foundation's perimeter to intercept water before it seeps into the basement. The drainage system then channels the water to the sump pump.
Basement Surface Drainage
TrenchDrain has been installed at the bulkhead entrance to gather any water that may enter from that point. It is connected to the WaterGuard system, ensuring a unified flow of water towards the sump pump.
Reliable Sump Pump
Our TripleSafe Sump Pump features three pumps: a primary, a secondary, and a battery-powered backup pump. As the water level rises in the basin, the pumps activate accordingly. This trio of high-powered pumps ensures that homeowners can rest assured that, regardless of the storm's severity, water will be efficiently evacuated from their home.
IceGuard
IceGuard is attached to the discharge line, ensuring water can consistently flow out of the home. This system installation averts the freezing of discharge lines, thus preventing backups that could lead to basement flooding.
Buried Discharge Line
The discharge line is concealed underground to maintain the lawn's appearance. We have installed our LawnScape system at the end of the discharge line to avoid water accumulation on the surface of the lawn.
Basement Dehumidfier
The installation of the SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier is designed to remove moisture from the basement, thereby producing healthier air as it prevents mold growth and other toxins. The dehumidifier is designed to drain into the perimeter drainage system, ensuring a maintenance-free cleanup process.
