Broken Sump Pump
The photo shows water overflowing from the basin of an old sump pump, which was unable to adequately remove water from the home. This resulted in puddling on the basement floor and subsequent leakage into the finished basement, causing damage.
Interior French Drain Style Drainage System
WaterGuard has been installed around the foundation's perimeter to intercept water before it reaches the basement. This water is then channeled to the newly installed sump pump system for removal from the house.
Surface Drainage Installed at Bulkhead Entrance
TrenchDrain has been installed at the base of the bulkhead steps to intercept any water before it enters the basement.
Basement Surface Drainage Around Immovable Objects
TrenchDrain has been installed around stationary objects in the basement as well. It connects to the WaterGuard system, ensuring a seamless flow of water towards the sump pump.
TripleSafe Sump Pump System
The TripleSafe Sump Pump offers an optimal solution for finished basements. Its triple-pump design ensures continuous water removal from the property, providing peace of mind even during power outages, thanks to the battery-operated backup pump.
Safely Removing Water From the Basement
Water is expelled from the home via a discharge line, which is strategically buried in a location that mitigates any potential damage to the home. To prevent freezing, IceGuard is attached to the outside of the discharge line, averting any backups that could lead to basement flooding. Additionally, a bubbler pot is affixed to the discharge line's terminus to stop water from pooling on the lawn. Our installation team takes great care to maintain the lawn's appearance while burying the discharge line.
