Basement Perimeter Drainage
WaterGuard has been installed around the foundation's perimeter to gather water and channel it to the sump pump, preventing it from reaching the basement.
Basement Surface Drainage Around Utilities
TrenchDrain has been installed to intercept water on the basement surface in areas where WaterGuard installation is not feasible, thereby ensuring that utilities remain safeguarded from water intrusion.
Connecting Surface Drainage to Perimeter Drainage
The TrenchDrain system links to the WaterGuard system, forming a unified channel that directs water towards the sump pump.
Sump Pump and Dehumidifier Installation
The TripleSafe sump pump system expels water from the basement as it accumulates in its basin. Equipped with a triple-pump design, the basement remains waterproof and can manage large amounts of water consistently. The SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier eradicates humidity, ensuring a dry and healthy environment by thwarting mold growth and other humidity-related issues. Conveniently, the dehumidifier channels moisture directly into the sump pump, freeing the homeowner from maintenance concerns.
Preventing Frozen Discharge Lines
A discharge line has been installed from the sump pump to the exterior of the home for water egress. This line is buried in a location that does not pose a risk to the property. IceGuard is attached to the outside segment of the discharge line to avert pipe freezing, which could lead to backups and basement flooding. Additionally, a bubbler pot is placed at the end of the discharge line to deter water from pooling on the surface of the lawn.
