Basement Perimeter Drainage
WaterGuard has been installed along the basement's perimeter, serving as an interior French Drain system designed to intercept water before it enters the basement and channel it to the sump pump.
Basement Surface Drainage
Our TrenchDrain system was installed at the base of the bulkhead stairs because the WaterGuard system could not be implemented in that area. TrenchDrain serves as a surface drainage solution and is integrated with the WaterGuard system to channel water efficiently to the sump pump.
Basement Sump Pump
Our TripleSafe Sump Pump system is designed to activate when water from the WaterGuard system accumulates in its basin. It features three pumps, one of which is a battery-operated backup, ensuring that water is consistently and effectively expelled from your home, even in the event of a power outage.
Prohibiting Mold Growth with SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier
Our SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier, positioned adjacent to the second TripleSafe, was installed to inhibit mold growth and reduce humidity in the basement, thereby creating a welcoming environment. The SaniDry Sedona efficiently discharges into the TripleSafe, facilitating a maintenance-free cleanup process.
Preventing Frozen Discharge Lines
The sump pump removes water from the basement via a discharge line. To protect these lines from freezing, our installation team fitted IceGuard on the outside of the discharge line. This ensures that water can continue to flow even in freezing temperatures, preventing backups and potential flooding.
Buried Discharge Line with Bubbler Pot
To maintain the lawn's appearance, the discharge line was strategically buried at a safe distance from the house. At the end of the discharge line, a bubbler pot was placed to ensure that water does not accumulate on the surface of the lawn.
