WaterGuard Installed in Finished Basement
WaterGuard was installed along the foundation wall to collect water before being exposed to the finished area and deliver the water to the sump pump.
Perimeter Drainage installed in Finished Basement
WaterGuard was also installed in the bathroom of the finished basement.
UltraSump Sump Pump Installation
WaterGuard is designed to integrate with the UltraSump Sump Pump system. When water accumulates in the sump basin, the UltraSump is triggered, actively pumping the water out of the home.
Discharge Line Water Removal
A discharge line was plumbed from the sump pump to the side yard. The discharge line is the vehicle in which water exits the home. IceGuard is installed to the exterior region of the discharge line, preventing water from freezing within the pipes, ultimately preventing backups and floods. A bubbler pot is installed to the end of the discharge line, preventing water from puddling on the lawn's surface. The discharge line is then buried in the ground.
