WaterGuard Basement Perimeter Drainage
WaterGuard was installed around the foundation's perimeter to intercept water before it enters the basement, directing it to the sump pump.
SuperSump Sump Pump
The SuperSump Sump Pump system gathers water channeled by the WaterGuard system. As the basin fills, the pump is activated, expelling water from the home.
Exterior Discharge Line with IceGuard
The discharge line runs from the sump pump to a secure location outside the house. IceGuard is attached to the system where the discharge line exits the house, preventing water within the line from freezing and averting potential basement flooding.
Discharge Line Burial
Once the discharge line is plumbed out of the home, it is then buried. A bubbler pot is installed at the end of the discharge line to prevent water from pooling on the lawn's surface.
