Old Sump Pump

The outdated sump pump failed to prevent water from entering the basement. Observe the water damage on the foundation floor. Additionally, the absence of a cover made the basement vulnerable to humidity.

New Improved Sump Pump System

The TripleSafe sump pump system features three pumps, one of which is a battery-powered backup pump. This system ensures that water is expelled from the basement regardless of the volume of water encircling the foundation.

SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier

The SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier was installed to keep humidity out of the basement and prevent mold growth.

New Discharge Line

Our team installed the discharge line, constructed from PVC pipes. To prevent the water within the pipes from freezing and thus avoiding basement flooding, IceGuard was added to the system. The discharge line was strategically buried to ensure that water does not flow back towards the foundation walls.
