Old and Unequipped Sump Pump
The previously installed sump pump in the basement failed to capture water, resulting in leaks. The lack of a cover on the sump pump also contributed to humidity issues and made it prone to clogging due to debris.
Making Space for Perimeter Drainage
The perimeter of the foundation is chipped out in order to make space for the WaterGuard System.
Drywall Removal in Finished Basement Area
Drywall was removed in the finished area in order to accommodate WaterGuard.
WaterGuard Finished Installation
WaterGuard is designed to intercept water before it reaches the basement. After installation and testing, it is securely cemented into position.
Interior Drainage Completed Install in Finished Space
Our crew carefully chipped out and installed WaterGuard around the tile to preserve the finished basement's aesthetic appeal.
Basement Surface Drainage
Our TrenchDrain system was installed to divert water away from the water heater. It is connected to the WaterGuard system, ensuring a singular flow of water towards the sump pump.
Rerouting Unwanted Water Around the Oil Tank
TrenchDrain was also installed in the foundation floor to redirect water around the oil heater.
TripleSafe Sump Pump System
The TripleSafe sump pump system includes three pumps: a primary, a secondary, and a battery-operated backup pump. After water is channeled from the WaterGuard system to the sump pump, it is expelled from the home via a discharge line.
Exterior Discharge Line with IceGuard
IceGuard is fitted to the discharge system to prevent pipe blockages in freezing temperatures. This mitigates the risk of system overflow and basement flooding. After installation, the discharge line is buried underground to maintain the lawn's aesthetic appeal.
