WaterGuard is installed along the interior foundation walls to intercept water before it reaches the basement. It is positioned within a bed of crushed stone to facilitate proper drainage to the sump pump.

Once the WaterGuard system has been tested, it is cemented into place, ensuring a pleasing finish.
Surface Drainage
TrenchDrain is positioned at the base of the bulkhead entrance to intercept unwanted water from outside the doorway. It is connected to WaterGuard, forming a unified pathway for water to flow towards the sump pump.
SuperSump Sump Pump
The SuperSump sump pump system expels water that accumulates in its basin. This water is then channeled through an external discharge line to a secure location away from the home.
