Water Seepage Through Foundation Cracks
Water entered the basement through foundation cracks, creating an annoying cleanup process and exposing the basement to potential flooding.
Previous Sump Pump Installed
This sump pump was unable to capture all the water from the high water table surrounding the foundation.
WaterGuard Perimeter Drainage
WaterGuard is installed within crushed stone to collect water at the perimeter of the foundation before being exposed to the basement. It sits within crushed stone to ensure proper flow to the sump basin.
TrenchDrain Surface Drainage
The TrenchDrain system is designed to reroute water around basement utilities, effectively capturing surface water at entry points like stairways and doorways. It connects seamlessly to the WaterGuard system. Together, they direct water flow to the sump basin, ensuring a dry and protected basement environment.
SaniDry Sedona Installation and WaterGuard Finished Install
The SaniDry Sedona is a highly efficient dehumidifier designed to control basement moisture, effectively preventing mold growth and musty odors. It integrates seamlessly with existing sump pumps, creating a maintenance-free drainage process. Concrete was applied to the WaterGuard system, securing it in place and providing an attractive finish.
NexusPro Crack Repair
To eliminate water seepage through cracks, NexusPro, a silicone-based sealant, was applied to all basement floor cracks. This sealant is designed to provide long-lasting flexibility and withstand harsh weather conditions, making it an effective solution for preventing water intrusion.
TripleSafe Sump Pump Installation
The TripleSafe sump pump consists of three pumps: a primary pump, a secondary pump, and a battery-powered pump. This system ensures continuous water removal from the home, even during power outages.
Waterproofed Basement
Once all the systems are installed, a fully waterproofed basement is created. Note the attention to detail our installation crew had, leaving the basement extra clean and tidy.
