Wet Basement with Failing Sump Pump

WaterGuard, CleanSpace, and SmartJack Installation
WaterGuard has been installed along the interior perimeter of the basement to capture water and channel it to the sump pump. CleanSpace has been applied to the fieldstone foundation walls to prevent moisture from seeping through and to guide it towards the drainage system. Additionally, SmartJack has been put in place to ensure adequate support for the floor above, thereby resolving issues with bouncy and uneven floors.
Rerouting Water Around Utilities
TrenchDrain has been installed around the utilities to collect and redirect water in areas where WaterGuard is inaccessible. These two systems are connected, creating a unified flow of water towards the sump pump.
UltraSump Sump Pump Installation
The UltraSump sump pump features a primary pump and a battery-backup pump, guaranteeing that water is expelled from the home even in the event of a power outage.
