WaterGuard Perimeter Drainage
WaterGuard has been installed along the interior perimeter of the foundation to intercept water from the surrounding moist soil before it reaches the basement. The system is embedded in crushed stone to ensure adequate drainage towards the sump basin.
UltraSump Sump Pump System
Once water enters the sump basin, the UltraSump expels it from the home via a discharge line. The system also features a battery-powered backup pump, guaranteeing continuous water removal from the home.
Exterior Discharge Line with IceGuard
The discharge line was routed to the homeowner's preferred location beneath their porch. IceGuard was attached to the discharge system to prevent water from freezing within the pipes, thereby averting any backup that could lead to a basement flood.
