FlexiSpan Crack Repair
The FlexiSpan crack repair method is a comprehensive three-step process. A flexible sealant was applied across the entire length of the crack. Then, a strip of porous, flexible foam was placed over the crack. Lastly, an impermeable membrane is attached to the wall on both sides of the foam strip. This robust treatment ensures that any subsequent water seepage through the crack is discreetly channeled down the wall and into the basement's perimeter drainage system.

Perimeter Drainage Installation
WaterGuard is fitted around the basement's perimeter to intercept water before it can seep into the basement, channeling it efficiently to the sump pump system.
Surface Drainage Installation
TrenchDrain has been installed at the basement entrance where the installation of WaterGuard is not feasible. TrenchDrain is connected to the WaterGuard system, ensuring the continuity of water flow towards the TripleSafe sump pump.
Sump Pump Installation
The TripleSafe sump pump features a three-pump system designed for continuous water removal. The primary pump manages normal water levels, while the secondary pump kicks in during high water influx, such as during intense rains or snowmelts. Additionally, a battery-powered backup pump ensures operation during situations where the other pumps fail, like in a power outage.
Exterior Discharge Line with Bubbler Pot
Water is expelled from the home through an exterior discharge line. The system was routed to a specified location on the property, a rocky section in the backyard. At the end of the discharge line, a bubbler pot was installed to distribute the water evenly and provide an aesthetically pleasing appearance.
Buried Discharge Line with IceGuard
The discharge line is concealed underground to maintain the lawn's aesthetics. IceGuard is attached to the discharge line to prevent the pipes from freezing.
