The intrusion has progressively worsened, damaging the drywall in the partially finished basement. Our Design Specialist, Nikki Burke, has suggested the installation of WaterGuard perimeter drainage, TrenchLock surface drainage with a radon seal, a TripleSafe sump pump, and an EverLast half wall. This system is designed to intercept water at the interior edge of the foundation before it exposure to the basement, channel it to the sump pump basin, and expel it from the house via an external discharge line. To address the damaged walls, we have installed our waterproof half wall. Equipped with comprehensive perimeter drainage and a high-quality sump pump, the basement is guaranteed to remain dry.
