WaterGuard Installation Process
Concrete is removed from the basement's perimeter to make room for the WaterGuard installation. After trenching, the WaterGuard system is placed over a bed of crushed stone, ensuring efficient drainage to the sump basin.
WaterGuard Finished Install
Once the system is tested, it is cemented in place.
UltraSump Sump Pump Installation Process
A 24-inch sump basin is excavated beneath the garage floor to accommodate the liner. WaterGuard is subsequently affixed to this liner. Inside the liner, both a primary pump and a battery-powered backup pump are housed.
Sump Pump Finished Install
The WaterGuard and sump pump systems are cemented simultaneously, forming a unified, permanent waterproofing solution.
Exterior Discharge Line
The exterior discharge line serves as the conduit for removing water from the home. To prevent water from freezing in the pipe and causing a blockage that could result in garage flooding, IceGuard is installed on this plumbing system.
Exterior Discharge Line after Burial
The discharge line is buried to enhance the backyard's appearance. A bubbler pot is installed at the end of the discharge line to improve water dispersion.
