Wall Crack FlexiSpan Preperation

Tape is applied around the crack to guide the FlexiSpan application and reduce mess. The foundation floor area beneath the crack is removed to create space for the installation of WaterGuard. WaterGuard will then capture any water if drainage is needed.

FlexiSpan Installation Process

The initial phase of this three-part procedure involves applying a flexible sealant across the entire length of the crack. Subsequently, a strip of pliable and porous foam is placed atop the crack.

FlexiSpan Final Application

Finally, an impermeable membrane is adhered to the wall on both sides of the foam strip. This fail-safe treatment allows any future seepage of water through the crack to move invisibly down the wall and into the basement's perimeter drainage system.
