FlexiSpan Installation
FlexiSpan crack repair is a three-part process starting with the application of a flexible sealant along the entire length of the crack. Following this, a strip of flexible, porous foam is placed over the crack. The final step involves adhering an impermeable membrane to the wall on both sides of the foam strip. This reliable method ensures that any future water seepage through the crack will travel down the wall invisibly and into the basement's perimeter drainage system. Distinct from sealant or mortar-based repairs, the FlexiSpan system remains effective despite hydrostatic pressure or minor movements in the basement wall, functioning in all conditions.
WaterGuard Installation
WaterGuard is fitted around the basement's perimeter to intercept water and channel it to the dual sump pumps.
First Sump Pump Location
This location houses the initial sump pump. The WaterGuard system is connected to the pump, facilitating the removal of water.
Second Sump Pump Location
Here is the location of the second pump.
Discharge Line Before Burial
The discharge line is positioned at a sufficient distance from the house to ensure that water does not damage the basement. Additionally, IceGuard is fitted to the plumbing system to prevent the water in the pipes from freezing, thereby protecting the basement from potential flooding.
Discharge Line After Burial
After installation, the discharge line is buried underground. At the end of this line, a bubbler pot is placed to efficiently disperse water and enhance aesthetic appeal.
