Photo Album: Full Perimeter Basement Drainage in Woburn, MA

A homeowner in Woburn, Massachusetts had a sump pump with a partial perimeter drainage system. Despite having this waterproofing system in place, water still managed to seep through the basement near the bulkhead steps during heavy rains. Wanting to protect the area used for storage space, they reached out to Erickson Foundation Solutions. Our Design Specialist, Debra Rayborn, recommended installing WaterGuard perimeter drainage and TrenchLock surface drainage to provide full perimeter basement drainage. This system is designed to capture water and deliver it to the sump pump, which removes water from the basement before being exposed to the space. With the basement now fully waterproofed, the homeowner has peace of mind that his storage space is protected.
