BrightWall and WaterGuard
BrightWall is installed to the foundation walls to maximize light exposure and brighten the basement space. It also captures moisture and drains it to the WaterGuard system. WaterGuard safely collects water before being exposed to the basement walls and floor, then delivers it to the sump basin.
Sump Pump Install
The TripleSafe sump pump ensures that water always gets pumped out of the basement via our three-pump system. Our battery-backup pump further guarantees that the basement stays dry, activating in emergency situations such as a power outage.
Discharge System with IceGuard
Water is pumped out of the home through a discharge line. It is plumbed from the TripleSafe to the backyard, where it is then buried. This delivers water to a safe location away from the home. IceGuard is installed to this system to prevent frozen pipes. If the discharge line were to freeze, the sump basin can get backed up, ultimately opening up the possibility of a basement flood.
