The broken sump pump is unable to dispose of water, which constantly leaves water on the foundation floor.
Basement Perimeter Drainage
Concrete is chipped out along the border of the foundation to make space for WaterGuard to be installed. This system takes water from the outside wet soil and filters it to the sump pump, without ever being exposed to the basement walls or floor.
Basement Wall Encapsulation
CleanSpace is used to prevent moisture in the basement. The drainage matting in the system allows for moisture to drain directly into the WaterGuard system.
Sump Pump Installation
The SuperSump is installed at the lowest part of the basement to allow water to flow into the sump basin. As water enters the basin, it gets pumped out of the home.
