WaterGuard is installed along the border of the foundation to intercept water before entering the basement. The system is designed for the water to flow to the sump basin.
Basement Surface Drainage
Some items in the basement prevent WaterGuard from being installed. In order for water to be delivered to the sump basin, TrenchDrain is required to reroute the water. TrenchDrain connects to WaterGuard to continue the flow of water.
Foundation Crack Repair
FlexiSpan is installed to the foundation crack to prevent seepage. Although water is highly unlikely to make its way into the foundation, it is designed to drain into the WaterGuard system if needed.
Sump Pump Installation
Our three-pump system ensures that water always gets safely removed from the home. The battery-powered backup pump even guarantees your basement is safe from water in an emergency situation such as a power outage.
Frozen Pipe Prevention
In order for water to be delivered out of the home, an exterior discharge line must be connected to the sump pump. IceGuard is installed in this plumbing system in order to allow water to flow freely despite freezing temperatures. This prevents pipes from getting backed up or bursting.
