A homeowner in Beverly, MA uses his basement for storage space and a workbench area. Since the summer of 2020, water started to leak through the foundation, and has progressively gotten worse over the years. This combination of systems waterproofs the basement and creates a comfortable living space.

Basement French Drain

WaterGuard is installed around the perimeter of the foundation wall to collect water from outside wet soil and deliver it to the sump pump. Water is collected without being exposed to basement walls or floors.

Surface Drainage

TrenchDrain is installed around the bulkhead door since WaterGuard cannot be installed in this area. The TrenchDrain system connects to WaterGuard to continue the path of water to the sump pump.

TripleSafe Sump Pump Installation

WaterGuard delivers the unwanted water to the sump basin. There, the TripleSafe's three-pump system ensures water always is properly removed out of the home.

Window Well and Cover

The SunHouse window well and cover is designed to bring more light into the basement while preventing debris from blocking/harming the egress window.

Exterior Discharge Line Before Burial

An exterior discharge line is added to the sump pump to direct water out of the home to a safe location. IceGuard is installed in the discharge plumbing to prevent the pipes from freezing.
