Wall Restoration
The PolyLevel wall restoration system is a polyurethane foam that is applied to the cobblestone wall.
Basement Perimeter Drainage
The WaterGuard system is installed around the perimeter of the basement. It sits within crushed stone and is cemented into place to ensure proper flow to the sump pump basin.
Surface Drainage
Some areas of the basement are inaccessible for WaterGuard to be installed. TrenchDrain surface drainage was installed to the WaterGuard system to connect the flow of water to the sump pump. The surface drainage was installed at the bulkhead entrance.
Sump Pump and Dehumidifier Installation
Once the water is filtered to the TripleSafe sump pump system, the water is pumped out of the home through an exterior discharge line. Our three-pump system guarantees that water will always get properly pumped safely out of them home. The SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier was installed to eliminate moisture in the basement. This eliminates mold spores and other irritants in the air, creating better overall air quality.
Discharge Line and IceGuard
After installation, the discharge line is buried in a location safely away from the home. IceGuard is installed to the plumbing to ensure that water does not freeze the line during cold temperatures. If water in the discharge line were to freeze, water can get backed up in the plumbing and result in a basement flood.
