Perimeter Drainage and Wall Vapor Barrier
The WaterGuard perimeter drainage system runs along the border of the basement. Our installation crew chipped out 8" of concrete along the wall to provide space to install the system.
TrenchDrain Surface Drainage
The TrenchDrain surface drainage system is used when WaterGuard cannot be. TrenchDrain connects to WaterGuard to continue the flow of water to the sump pump. For this homeowner, TrenchDrain was used to direct water around the staircase.
TripleSafe Sump Pump
The TripleSafe connects to the WaterGuard system and pumps all the water out of the basement. Our three-pump system guarantees that water will always safely get pumped out of the home. The first pump handles normal day-to-day levels of water. The second pump is activated in events of high water levels such as heavy rain or snow melting. A third battery-powered backup pump is used in the event of a power outage to ensure that water will never get backed up and cause a flood.
