Photo Album: Flooded Basement Repair in Medford, MA

A homeowner in Medford, Massachusetts had headaches from the cleanup process in his finished basement. The amount of water seepage in the foundation damaged floors, walls, and personal belongings. Looking to reclaim his finished basement, the homeowner reached out to Erickson Foundation Solutions. In order to waterproof the basement, our Design Specialist, Scott Ruisi, recommended installing WaterGuard perimeter drainage, TripleSafe sump pump systen, and SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier. This system collects water along the border of the foundation before being exposed to the basement floor or walls, and then delivers it to the sump pump, where it is then pumped out of the home through an exterior discharge line. Moisture in the room is eliminated through the use of our SaniDry Sedona. Now that the basement is waterproofed, we restored the walls and floors. We used Elite Plank flooring and EverLast half wall to revive the basement.
