Bowing Wall
The wall can be seen bowing in on the outside of the building.
Trench for GeoLocks
Our installation crew dug a trench where soil was strong and durable. This is where the anchors of the GeoLocks will be installed.
Inside GeoLock Installation
The galvanized steel plates are installed into the wall. They are all leveled to provide the maximum support to the structure.
GeoLock Anchor Installation
The GeoLock rod is fed through the wall into the soil. Once reaching durable soil, the anchor is then attached and put in place. There were 21 total GeoLocks installed.
Foundation Drainage Line
A foundation drainage line was installed in the trench that was dug out. When water is being pumped out of the basement, this drainage line diverts the water away to a safe area.
Restoring the Trench
Dirt that was originally dug out of the trench is put back. Our team always keeps cleanliness of the job site in mind.
GeoLock Hide-A-Way Cover
After GeoLocks are installed, the Hide-A-Way cover offers a clean finished appearance.
