Our Erickson Foundation Solutions team looked forward to providing a permanent solution by creating a safe and dry basement.
In order to find the best solution, one of our Design Specialists came out to complete a free inspection of the home. After consulting with the homeowners to best accommodate their needs, our specialist recommended installing our WaterGuard perimeter drainage, TripleSafe sump pump, and CleanSpace wall system. The WaterGuard perimeter drainage system intercepts water before entering the basement and is filtered to the TripleSafe sump pump. The TripleSafe then pumps out the unwanted water through interior and exterior plumbing. The CleanSpace encapsulation system keeps moisture out of the home while also adding insulation and a sleek look to the basement walls.
With these systems in place, a fully waterproofed basement has been created. These homeowners can now confidently have a comfortable living space in their basement.

WaterGuard Perimeter Drainage System
Our WaterGuard system is placed on top of crushed stone to provide a sturdy base and prevent clogging. The system is then cemented in place.
TripleSafe Sump Pump
The TripleSafe sump pump is composed of three pumps, including a battery backup pump if power were to go out. This further guarantees the basement will never flood.
CleanSpace Wall Encapsulation
Our CleanSpace vapor barrier encapsulates the basement walls. This prevents high humidity, condensation, wood rot, insects, and cold floors.
