Photo Album: Crawlspace Encapsulation, Salem, NH

This homeowner in Salem, NH had a water front property, and so the ground beneath the home and within the crawlspace was always damp. The wet crawlspace was allowing mold to grow on the wood joists and insulation, and the air was musty and dirty. They wanted a solution to clean up their crawl space, keep it dry, and improve their air quality.  Our team proposed and installed a crawl space encapsulation system called Cleanspace, which included a matting to allow water in the soil to flow towards the sump pump as well. The TripleSafe sump pump is a battery back-up system, and so will continue to operate if the property does ever lose power. Lastly, the homeowner also had a SaniDry dehumidifier installed to help keep humidity levels down and prevent mold from growing or spreading in their crawlspace.
