This homeowner in Nashua had two sump pumps working full time in his basement, and yet he was still having water issues and having to clean up messes. Our Erickson team proposed and installed a more permanent solution that has given this homeowner peace of mind that the basement will now stay dry all the time. The system utilizes perimeter drainage channels called WaterGuard, which effectively captures any and all water entering through the floor or walls of the basement. These channels funnel all the collected water to the TripleSafe sump pump system, which has multiple pumps within a basin, and a battery back-up power source in case of any power outages.  The homeowner was thrilled with the results and with the clean space upon completion, and glad to know he will no longer have to mop up water in his basement. They are also signed up for our annual maintenance program, where our service technicians will perform a full system check each year to ensure all components are operational and functional.
