Photo Album: Improving Appearance of Ugly Basement Walls, Manchester, NH
A couple who have lived in their Manchester, New Hampshire home for the past 30 years were considering moving to a luxury retirement community in the near future. However, before they could make the move, they needed to sell their current home. To make the home more appealing to potential buyers, they wanted to upgrade a few things. One of the main issues was the appearance of the unattractive basement walls.
The homeowners contacted EFS and requested a free inspection of their basement walls to find a solution. Our Design Specialist, Josh Phillips met with the homeowners, assessed the situation, and suggested utilizing CleanSpace Wall to brighten up and cover the blemishes on the foundation walls. According to Josh, a 45-feet wall system would be sufficient to cover the basement walls.
We began the installation process by removing any items from the wall and then securing the white vapor barrier to the basement walls using our CleanSpace Tape. This system is designed to brighten up the space and hide any unattractive blemishes from the view of potential buyers.
The homeowners were thrilled with the results of the project.
