Photo Album: Moisture and Minor Seepage in Crawlspace, Lincoln, MA
This homeowner in Lincoln, Massachusetts, has lived in their home for the past 40 years. Years back they had noticed some minor seepage and moisture in their crawlspace. After many years they decided they would like to find a solution this year to prevent further seepage and control the moisture inside the crawlspace. They reached out to EFS for a free inspection of their home and our Design Specialist Tom Armano met with the homeowners to discuss their concerns. After speaking with the homeowners Tom then inspected the crawlspace and recommended a solution to eliminate seepage and control the moisture in the crawlspace. Tom recommended installing 320' of CleanSpace to encapsulate the crawlspace and then installing a SaniDry Sedona to control the humidity in the crawlspace.
Our Installation Team led by Gunther and Paul began by cleaning out the crawlspace of debris before beginning to install the CleanSpace. We installed CleanSpace on the floors and walls of the crawlspace. This will protect the crawlspace from moisture intrusion. After the crawlspace was encapsulated our team then installed our SaniDry Sedona into the crawlspace. The SaniDry is a strong dehumidifier that will control the moisture level inside the crawlspace.
