Photo Album: Water Entering Crawlspace, Francestown, NH
A homeowner in Francestown, New Hampshire, has a modern log cabin that was built in the 1980s. In the crawlspace of the home, they have seen more and more water enter the space. The homeowner takes care of all of their possessions and wants to keep everything nice for as long as possible. With the water entering the crawlspace the homeowner was worried about the foundation of the home and the potential for air quality issues. They called EFS for a free inspection and our Design Specialist Josh Phillips met with the homeowner and talked about their concerns. Josh then inspected the crawlspace to see what could be done about the water intrusion. He recommended installing an 80-foot SmartPipe, IceGuard, a SuperSump, and a 30' Exterior Discharge Line.
