Photo Album: Water Leaking into Basement From Bulkhead, Brookline, NH

A homeowner in Brookline, New Hampshire, has lived in their home for the past 4 years. About a year ago they noticed water entering their basement. The water seemed to be entering from the bulkhead. The homeowners decided to call EFS for a free inspection of their basement and bulkhead. Our Design Specialist Anthony Brancato met with the homeowners and inspected the basement. After his inspection, Anthony sat down with the homeowners and recommended replacing their old bulkhead with a new one. Before leaving the home Anthony measured the existing bulkhead so we could order one to fit. Our Installation Team led by Eric Witham began by removing the old bulkhead. After removing the old bulkhead we then cleaned the foundation where it sits and then installed the new one. We made sure to install some sealant around the bulkhead door to make sure water could not enter through the bulkhead.
