Photo Album: Cracks in Foundation Wall, Andover, MA
A homeowner in Andover, Massachusetts, had cracks in their foundation wall that were concerning them. They decided to call EFS for a free inspection of their foundation. Our Design Specialist Liam Fitzpatrick met with the homeowners to hear about their concerns. After listening to the homeowner about their concerns Liam then inspected the foundation. After his inspection, he recommended installing FlexiSpan and 8 Push Piers to cover the cracks and stabilize the foundation wall.
Our Installation Team led by Neal Foley began by exposing the foundation on the interior and exterior of the home. The Push Piers were to be installed on the front left of the home and wrapped around the left side. The homeowner wanted to preserve the bushes at the front of the home so we installed 4 Push Piers from the inside of the basement. On the side of the home, our team installed 4 more Push Piers but we installed them from the exterior of the home. After the piers were installed the team then installed the FlexiSpan over the cracks.
The homeowners were very pleased with the results of the project.
