Photo Album: Garage Slab Repair in Needham Heights, MA

Several years ago, this homeowner noticed a couple cracks in the floor of their detached garage in Needham Heights, MA.  As time passed, the cracks in the concrete slab grew larger and wider, clearly showing signs that the soil beneath the slab was settling and no longer supporting the concrete. Before the problem got worse, the homeowner decided to reach out to our Erickson Foundation Solutions team to learn more about PolyLevel.  Our specialist designed and proposed a solution for the homeowner utilizing our PolyLevel material. The polymer foam would be injected beneath the slab throughout the entire area of the structure, to not only raise and level the sinking areas, but to also protect the other sections which may not have settled yet but most likely would in the future. NexusPro silicone would then be used to seal all the cracks and joints throughout the slab to prevent any water from flowing beneath and causing more soil erosion. On the scheduled day of installation, our production team showed up on time and completed the repairs in a single day. Replacing the concrete in this garage would have taken days of demolition and days of pouring and curing.
