Photo Album: Water Leaking into the Basement, Londonderry, NH

This homeowner in Londonderry has lived in their home for the past 5 years. They had seen water coming into their basement for the past 3 years. They have installed downspouts and gutters to try and prevent water from entering their basement but they have both failed. Now they reached out to EFS for a free inspection of their basement to find a solution to prevent water from entering. Our Design Specialist met with the homeowners and recommended installing a SuperSump and IceGuard into the basement to collect any water that threatened to enter the basement and pump it out.  Our installation team led by Steve Dumais began by chipping out concrete in the basement to install our SuperSump. Once the concrete was chipped out the team then dug down enough to fit the basin of the sump pump. After the sump was installed, we plumbed the system to the exterior of the home and installed the IceGuard and exterior drainage line to carry water away from the foundation of the home. The homeowner was pleased with the results and hasn't seen any water in their basement since the SuperSump was installed in their basement.
