Photo Album: Lifting Sunken Concrete, Hopkinton, MA
This homeowner in Hopkinton, MA had a beautiful inground pool and patio behind their home, however the patio needed some drastic repairs. Some sections of the concrete pool deck had sunken about 7 inches out of level. This left tripping hazards throughout the surface and made the area a little unsafe. The homeowner knew it was time to fix the problem, as it was not going to go away on it's own. They also did not want to have to replace the entire patio, or even sections of it, so PolyLevel was the ideal solution.
Our team was able to lift, level, and stabilize the various sections of the concrete that had settled. Using slab jacks and our PolyLevel injection process, the slabs lifted right up to a safe height. The process did not disrupt the landscaping and involved no demolition of concrete, and so after cleanup, it was hard to tell our team was ever there. The homeowner was very pleased with the results and glad to have a safe environment around their pool once again.
