This homeowner in Epping, New Hampshire had EFS install a perimeter drainage system into their home that was built in 1956. During the installation of the perimeter drainage system, our team noticed that their block foundation wall was bowing and decided to ask the homeowners if they had noticed that. Turned out they hadn't noticed this before. Our crew lead Steve recommended installing 4 PowerBraces into the basement to stabilize the foundation wall.
Our Installation Team had completed the waterproofing system before they came back to the home to install the PowerBraces. To install the PowerBraces the team needed to chip out a small section of concrete at the base of the wall to install our sub-slab bracket. Once the bracket was installed the team then installed the support and our top bracket into the floor system. After everything was installed the team then tightened the top bracket to slowly begin to straighten the wall.
