Photo Album: Front Stair Replacement, Stoneham, MA
This homeowner in Stoneham, Massachusetts, has lived in their home since it was built in 2001. About 5-8 years ago the homeowners noticed the front steps of the home begin to settle and become out of level. The homeowners decided this summer they would like to address many projects around the home. They decided to call EFS for a free inspection of their front steps. Our Design Specialist Kenny Calabrese met with the homeowners and looked at the front steps of the home. Kenny found that the steps were sinking and were crooked so he recommended replacing the old steps with new Brick and Granite Stairs that were 5' wide and have 4 risers.
Our Installation Team led by Eric Witham began by removing the old stairs. After the stairs were removed the team installed two EZ posts and a supplemental cross beam to support the front of the stairs and prevent them from sinking. Next, the team used an excavator to lift and install the Brick and Granite stairs in place.
