The concrete in various sections around this inground pool in Templeton, MA were cracked, sunken, and uneven. The homeowner wanted to have a safer area for his family to enjoy the pool, and was hoping for a solution which would not require any messy concrete work. Our design specialist walked the homeowner through our PolyLevel repair process, and he was thrilled to learn we had the means to fix the pool deck in a clean, efficient manner.
Our installation team completed the work in a single day, injecting PolyLevel beneath the sunken sections of concrete as needed. As the voids beneath the slabs were filled with the polymer substance, they lifted up to create an even level on the surface. The process did not require any disruption to the surface or surrounding landscape, as the tiny portholes used for injection were sealed after installation. With the concrete surface leveled out and fixed, the homeowner no longer has to worry about trip hazards or unsightly concrete around their pool.
Sunken Concrete
The soil supporting the concrete had eroded away as water flowed beneath the surface. This left voids, which ultimately caused the concrete to sink and crack.
Uneven Concrete Patio
On the surface, the concrete was in decent condition, though uneven with some trip hazards. By filling the voids underneath, this patio can be fixed in a clean efficient way.
Concrete Pool Deck Lifting
This section of the deck was lifted using PolyLevel, helping to remove the unsightly trip hazard.
PolyLevel Installation
The injection process only requires tiny port holes which are sealed afterwards. The concrete residue will wash away with a little water and there will be no sign of repairs from the surface.
