Photo Album: Waterproofing and SunHouse Enclosure Installed, Manchester, NH
A resident of Manchester, New Hampshire has been living in their home for three decades. The house was constructed by the homeowner's father in 1948 and recently, they noticed some waterproofing issues. They called EFS for a free inspection and our Design Specialist, Josh Phillips, met with the homeowner to suggest a waterproofing system that includes our SuperSump. During the inspection, Josh noticed that the basement lacked natural light and recommended installing SunHouse Enclosures in three egress windows to bring in more sunlight.
Our Installation Team, led by Branden Edwards, began by installing our waterproofing system which involved a SuperSump, IceGuard, Trench Drain WaterGuard, and Exterior Drainage Line. After completing the Waterproofing system, we proceeded with the installation of the SunHouse Enclosures. The team started by clearing the dirt and debris that were in front of the egress windows. Then, they installed the bottom tray of the SunHouse and poured crushed stone into it. After securing the tray, the team installed the clear SunHouse window over it and secured it to the foundation wall around the egress window.
The homeowner was satisfied with the Waterproofing system and the SunHouse Enclosure.
